Rugged Revival Guest
Scott Low
About
Scott Low is a Georgia-based songwriter who defies genre boundaries, weaving together folk fingerpicking, blues sensibility, and Americana storytelling into emotionally complex music. His eclectic influences—from Townes Van Zandt to Tom Waits to Miles Davis—fuel an artistic vision rooted in truth-telling over commercial calculation. A virtuoso musician and collaborator with artists like Jason Isbell and Chris Stapleton, Low represents a rare breed of contemporary roots artist who prioritizes emotional authenticity over algorithmic categorization.
